Rob and I love living and owning our business in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After several years in the military, having management positions, and owning retail businesses, we started our real estate careers. We can honestly say that this is the most rewarding and challenging business we can imagine. Cheyenne is a great place to live work and do business! The community which we are blessed to live in has both a proud history and an extremely exciting future. The mix of old and new urban and rural gives Cheyenne an environment that is unique among other cities on the Front Range.

These are questions that we answer in our business every day. Certainly we are blessed to have low crime rates, great schools, exciting job opportunities, and a very moderate cost of living, but these are only the results of Why Cheyenne! The reason Cheyenne is such a unique community is because of her people. More than 100 years of toil and work has gone in to making Cheyenne a beacon of greatness and an example of excellence to communities all over this country. A few months ago a group of visitors from Arkansas came to visit Cheyenne and discuss how it had achieved its many accomplishments. One of the participants summed it up best when she said “I have never been to a community where everyone is so proud of where they live”. That pride sensed by an outsider and often taken for granted by locals is the catalyst that drives Cheyenne to greatness every single day. Why Cheyenne? The answer is simple. It is the undying commitment of a people to keep their head in the clouds dreaming of the future, and their hands on the plow of progress steadily working toward those dreams.
